KIOXIA XG10 시리즈는 PCIe^® Gen5 x4 인터페이스와 BiCS FLASH™ 8세대*를 활용합니다. XG10 시리즈 SSD는 순차 읽기/쓰기 속도가 각각 최대 14,000MB/s 및 12,000MB/s에 달하며, 랜덤 읽기 속도는 최대 2,000KIOPS, 랜덤 쓰기 속도는 최대 1,600KIOPS입니다.

새로운 XG10 시리즈는 고성능 노트북 PC, 데스크탑 PC 및 성능 지향 게이밍 PC에 최적화되어 있습니다.

XG10 시리즈는 컴팩트한 M.2 Type 2280 폼팩터로 제공되며, 512GB, 1,024GB, 2,048GB, 4,096GB의 네 가지 용량 모델이 있습니다. 각 모델에는 TCG Opal 2.02를 지원하는 자체 암호화 드라이브(SED) 모델 옵션이 있습니다.

KIOXIA BiCS FLASH™ 6세대 플래시 메모리는 512GB 및 1,024GB 용량의 XG10 SSD에 사용됩니다.
